Following conditions must be fulfilled to provide correct downloading of the video content:

1. Your phone model must support WAP technology and be able to download 3gp video files via WAP. Please see the manual of your mobile phone for further information.
2. You must have GRPS and MMS service activated.
3. Your mobile phone must have GPRS/EDGE settings installed.
